Human Resource Manager (HRM)

The HRM will recruit, maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices under the management guidelines. The HRM, will also be responsible for completing all the paper formalities for all the customers (interns) that will be placed through the organization within various companies globally.

Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years’ Experience

Minimum Education: Master’s Level with Major’s in HR

Location: Gurugram, HR, India

Package: As per industry standards

Job Description (Key Role):

  • - Maintaining and hiring staff by establishing a recruitment, testing and interviewing program, counselling management on candidate selection, conducting and analysing exit interviews and recommending appropriate changes.
  • - Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all the positions.
  • - Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations.
  • - Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings.
  • - Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Also complete HR Operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
  • - Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
  • - Responsible for maintaining and completing all the paper formalities of all the interns (primary customers) hired by the organization and placed within various multi-national, medium and small companies internationally.
  • - Responsible for coordinating the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs through HR Staff, reports to the management, and assists and advises company employees about Human Resources issues.
  • - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Customer Relationship Manager

A CRM must know the needs of his/her customers and have knowledge of the problems consumers want to be solved. As well as dealing with customer requests, you must offer ideas and insights as a means of helping to improve their experience. Job Description (Key Role):

  • - Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
  • - Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
  • - Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
  • - Team working and leadership skills; which means you need to guide create new strategies and stay on top of the administration side of things.
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills as you must speak with University Heads, Students and, departmental heads on daily basis.
  • - Commercial awareness. A CRM executive must know his/her target market well and have the ability to create campaigns that grab the attention of customers and solves their problems.
  • - Top quality analytical skills. A big part of your job involves gathering and analyzing data to help you understand your customer base and coming up with suggestions for improving the existing strategy.
  • - Other responsibilities include: Post sale services, taking on-going follow ups, extensive product and company knowledge (training provided), continuous coordination between third parties (students, institutes and companies) and various other departments of the company.
  • - Collecting, reporting and maintaining a feedback & testimonial database from the students or customers alongside on a regular basis.

Business Development Manager

A business development manager’s role is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. The person will also be responsible for communicating new product developments to prospective clients, overseeing the development of marketing literature and writing reports on a regular basis.

Minimum Education: Master’s Level with Major’s in Marketing

Job Description (Key Role):

  • - We are looking for individuals with an inclination towards International Business Market.
  • - The person would be representing Pursue Asia on a global platform which includes regular interactions with Educational Institutes, MNC's and the Expats.
  • - Candidate should be adaptive and flexible with the challenges incurred by working in a corporate Environment.
  • - The person should have analytical understanding of the market structure (education and placement industry) and its dynamics.
  • - Should have the ability to get the work done eventually even with a very slim ray of hope.
  • - Candidate will be required to work and travel within India and also Dubai, Thailand, Singapore and travel frequently. Passport is Mandatory.
  • - Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote the company’s services objectives.
  • - Research and build relationships with new clients.

Marketing and Communications Manager

A marketing and communications manager’s role is to supervise and direct the workflow in relation to marketing, advertising and public relations along with facilitating interdepartmental communications and managing external communications. The marketing management side of the job involves the development and refinement of marketing goals, pricing strategies, promotional activities and branding in consultation with management, marketing staff and clients. Directing market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities is another marketing job duty.

The chief concern of communications management is the public's perception of a product, brand or company. Directing the creation of internal communications, press releases and speeches given by executives, as well as Web or social media presence, is all in the domain of communications management.

  • - Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and also preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
  • - Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  • - Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • - Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • - Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • - Work in close relation with the Business Development Manager.
